ABOUT EOWYN DRISCOLL

Described as “wonderfully manic” by Patrick James Clement of Parterre, contralto Eowyn Driscoll is quickly gaining recognition for her fearless interpretations and rich, flexible voice.

With a range that spans the Baroque to the bombastic, and a mind that delights in digging deep into character and score, she brings both intellectual rigor and emotional immediacy to every role she inhabits.

From Bach and Handel to Verdi, Wagner, and beyond. She has appeared in a wide range of New York City venues, from intimate black-box theaters to iconic stages—most notably performing Vivaldi’s Gloria at Carnegie Hall.
